As a new homeowner, you need a set of plans to fall in love with and watch grow into reality. As a builder, we need these same plans to build the home you have spent so many hours pouring over. And working closely with our designer means fewer mistakes along the way, keeping your costs down and your project moving forward.

How it works

  1. Fill out our Design Preferences Form below. This will give us an idea of what you're looking for in your new custom acreage home.
  2. After going over your information, we will give you a free preliminary sketch, including minor modifications.
  3. When you're ready to move forward, we will need a deposit to move on to preparation of the construction drawings, specifications, and so on.
  4. When you project goes to contract (you hire us to build your home), we will apply the credit to your design costs, up to a $7000 value!

Design Preferences

The first step in taking the idea of your new home from concept to completion is to nail down exactly what you want to get out of it, both in terms of lifestyle and visual design. Filling in the Design Preferences Form gives us an idea of what you're looking for so that we can start a discussion on your project and answer your questions about pricing, timeline and so on.

When planning your new home, it often helps to have some frame of reference. In addition to filling out our Design Form, collect pictures of homes that appeal to you - inside and out - as well as plans that feature things you like. Feel free to have a look at our Gallery for some inspiration.
